2. Creative Submission

   • Creative must be submitted in CDR or PDF format.

   • If the customer does not have a creative, our in-house graphic design team will create it.

3. Customer Approval

   • Creative is shared with the customer for review.

   • Printing starts only after final written approval.

4. Printing Stage

   • Once printing begins, no creative changes are allowed.

   • Any changes after printing will attract additional charges, as printed material cannot be reused.

5. Cutting & Finishing
   Printed material is cut and finished as per approved specifications.

6. Material Ready Intimation
   Customer is informed once material is ready.
   Any pending payment must be cleared before dispatch.

7. Dispatch from Factory
   Material is dispatched from our New Delhi factory only after 100% payment clearance.

8. Installation at Location
   After material reaches Ujjain, professional fitters install the stepney covers on E-Rickshaws.
