This Transportation, Shipping & Handling Policy is published by Rentalkart Adtech Private Limited ("Rentalkart", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), owner and operator of Rentalkart.in.

1. Overview

Rentalkart Adtech Private Limited serves both retail (B2C) and business (B2B) customers across India. We provide customized products, corporate gifting solutions, printing services, promotional merchandise, branding materials, advertising solutions and related services.

Transportation and logistics charges may vary depending upon:

- Product category
- Order quantity
- Packaging requirements
- Delivery location
- Actual weight
- Volumetric weight
- Courier availability
- Mode of transportation selected by the customer

2. B2C (Retail Orders)

For retail orders placed through Rentalkart.in, Transportation & Handling Charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order value, product category and delivery requirements.

These charges may include:

- Packaging & Handling Charges
- Courier Charges
- Porter Charges
- Loading & Unloading Charges
- Last-Mile Delivery Charges
- Volumetric Freight Charges
- Logistics Processing Charges

The transportation charges displayed during checkout shall be considered final for standard retail orders unless otherwise specified on the product page.

3. B2B (Corporate, Bulk & Customized Orders)

For bulk orders, customized products, printing jobs, branding materials, promotional campaigns, corporate gifting orders, event requirements and other business orders, transportation charges shall be payable by the customer.

Once the material is manufactured, printed, packed and ready for dispatch, our Customer Care Team will coordinate with the customer regarding shipment and delivery arrangements.

Customers may choose their preferred logistics method, including:

- Transport Company
- Courier Service
- Railway Parcel Service
- Air Cargo Service
- Bus Cargo Service
- Porter Service
- Local Delivery Service
- Any Other Logistics Provider Preferred by the Customer

Rentalkart shall arrange dispatch as per the customer's instructions wherever reasonably possible.

4. Delhi NCR Dispatch Assistance

For customers located in Delhi NCR or customers arranging transportation from Delhi NCR, Rentalkart may assist in delivering the material to the customer's preferred transporter, courier office, cargo office or logistics partner through:

- Porter Services
- Auto-Rickshaw Delivery
- Two-Wheeler Delivery
- Mini Truck Services
- Local Logistics Partners

All such transportation expenses shall be payable by the customer unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Orders Below ₹10,000

For B2B orders with an order value below ₹10,000, all transportation, courier, porter, loading, unloading, freight and delivery charges shall be borne entirely by the customer.

6. Orders Above ₹10,000

For B2B orders above ₹10,000, transportation charges shall be communicated before dispatch based on:

- Actual Weight
- Volumetric Weight
- Destination
- Packaging Requirements
- Courier/Transport Availability
- Mode of Dispatch Selected

The customer must approve the applicable transportation charges before shipment.

7. Volumetric Weight & Freight Charges

Many courier, cargo and transport companies calculate freight charges based on volumetric weight instead of actual weight.

Accordingly, transportation costs may be higher than standard per-kilogram rates depending on package dimensions, destination and carrier policies.

Rentalkart Adtech Private Limited has no control over freight calculations determined by third-party logistics providers.

8. No Hidden Charges Policy

Rentalkart believes in transparent pricing.

We do not intentionally add hidden transportation charges after order confirmation. Any transportation, freight, courier, porter or logistics charges shall either:

- Be displayed during checkout; or
- Be communicated to the customer before dispatch approval.

9. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

- Production schedules
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Transport strikes
- Government restrictions
- Operational factors beyond our control

Rentalkart shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
