   • If the customer does not have creative, our in-house graphic design team will design it.

3. Customer Approval

   • Creative is shared for review and approval.

   • Printing starts only after final approval.

4. Printing Stage

   • Once printing begins, no creative changes are allowed.

   • Any post-printing changes will incur additional charges, as printed material cannot be reused.

5. Cutting & Finishing
   Printed material undergoes cutting and finishing as per approved specifications.

6. Material Ready Notification
   Customer is informed once material is ready.
   Any pending payment must be cleared before dispatch.

7. Dispatch from Factory
   Material is dispatched from New Delhi factory only after 100% payment clearance.

8. Installation at Kota Location
