• Customer must provide STEP Creative in CDR or PDF format

• If creative is not available, our in-house graphic team will design it.

3️⃣ Creative Approval

• Final artwork is shared with the client for written approval

• Printing begins only after final approval

Any reprint due to changes will be chargeable, as printed material cannot be reused.

4️⃣ Printing & Production

• Printing + mounting preparation time: Minimum 4 working days

• Client is informed once material is ready

• Full payment must be cleared before dispatch
