2. Payment Terms:

   • New Customers: 100% advance payment.

   • Split Orders: 70% advance, 30% via PDC cheque.

   • Note: Payment must be cleared before material dispatch; material will not leave the factory otherwise.

3. Campaign Start: Advance payment confirmation is mandatory to initiate the campaign.

4. Creative Submission:

   • Customers must provide creative in CDR or PDF format.

   • If the customer does not have creative, our graphic team will design it.

   • Customer must approve the final creative before printing.

5. Printing Guidelines:

   • Once approved, printing will commence.

   • Any post-printing changes will incur extra charges, as printed material cannot be reused.

6. Manufacturing & Installation:

   • After printing, cutting, stitching, and mounting of hood covers, vinyls, or stepney covers is completed.

   • Once the material is ready, the customer is notified.

   • Any pending payments must be cleared before dispatch.

7. Shipping & Installation:

   • Material is shipped to the campaign location.

   • Our trained fitters install the media on each auto.

8. Campaign Reporting:

   • We provide a PPT/Excel sheet detailing all autos where media has been installed.

   • Complete transparency ensures campaign tracking and verification.
