Campaign Management Process

1. Advance Payment Requirement – All campaigns begin only after advance payment is received.

2. Creative Submission – Client provides artwork in CDR or PDF format.

3. Creative Assistance – If the client does not have creative, our in-house team will design it.

4. Final Approval – Client must review and approve the creative before printing starts.

5. Printing Policy – No changes are allowed once printing has begun. Any alterations post-printing will incur additional charges.

6. Cutting & Stitching – After printing, materials are cut and stitched as per specifications.

7. Mounting & Installation Preparation – Materials are prepared for installation.

8. Payment Clearance Before Dispatch – Any pending payments must be cleared; material will not leave the factory until 100% payment is received.

9. Shipment – After payment clearance, materials are shipped to the campaign location.

10. Installation – Trained fitters install hood covers, vinyl, and stepney covers on the assigned autos.

11. Reporting – Client receives a detailed PPT and Excel sheet with installation details for all vehicles.

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
