Campaign Management Process (Step-by-Step)

Advance Payment Required: Campaign starts only after 100% advance payment. For split orders: 70% advance + 30% PDC cheque. Material will not be dispatched until full payment is cleared.

Creative Submission: Client provides artwork in CDR or PDF format.

Creative Design Assistance: If the client does not have a ready creative, our graphic team will prepare it.

Client Approval: Client reviews and provides final approval. Only after approval does printing start.

No Changes Post-Printing: Any changes after printing require additional charges, as printed material cannot be reused.

Printing & Production: Once creative is approved, printing, cutting, stitching, and mounting preparation are completed.

Material Readiness Notification: Client is informed when material is ready. Any pending payments must be cleared before installation dispatch.

Material Dispatch: Material is shipped to the campaign location only after full payment clearance.

On-Site Installation: Our trained fitter installs hood covers, vinyls, and stepney covers on the designated autos.
