Auto Branding Media Details:

• Media Formats: Hood Covers, Stepney Covers, Vinyl Stickers, Flex Boards, Raxin Prints.

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 100 autos at one location.

• Creative Submission Format: CDR or PDF. If the customer does not have ready creative, our graphic team can design it for approval.

Campaign Management Process:

1. Advance Payment Requirement:

   • 100% advance for single orders.

   • For split orders: 70% advance + 30% PDC cheque.

   • Payment must be cleared before material dispatch; otherwise, the material will not leave the factory.

2. Creative Design & Approval:

   • After advance payment, our graphic team prepares creative in CDR/PDF format.

   • Customer reviews and provides final approval.

   • Printing begins only after final approval.

   • Any changes post-printing require extra charges.

3. Printing & Production:

   • High-quality printing on selected media (hood cover, vinyl, stepney cover, etc.).

   • Cutting, stitching, and finishing of all materials.

4. Material Dispatch & Installation:

   • Customer is informed once material is ready.

   • Any pending dues must be cleared before dispatch.

   • Material shipped to the specified location.

   • Professional fitters install auto hood covers, vinyl, or stepney covers.

5. Campaign Reporting:

   • Detailed report with PPT/Excel of installed autos shared with the customer.

   • Ensures full transparency of media installation and campaign execution.

Payment Terms:

• Payment in full before campaign start.

• Split orders require 70% advance and 30% PDC cheque.

• Campaign initiation only after advance clearance.
