3. Customer Approval

   • Final creative is shared with the customer.

   • Printing starts only after final written approval.

4. No Changes After Printing

   • Once printing begins, creative changes are not allowed.

   • Any change after printing will be charged extra, as printed material cannot be reused.

5. Printing & Cutting

   • Printing and mounting take a minimum of 4 working days after creative approval.

6. Material Ready Intimation

   • Customer is informed once material is ready.

   • Any pending payment must be cleared at this stage.

7. Dispatch & Logistics

   • Material is dispatched only after 100% payment clearance.

   • No material leaves the factory without full payment confirmation.

8. Installation in Hyderabad

   • After material reaches the location, trained fitters install stepney covers on e-rickshaws.

9. Campaign Reporting

   • A detailed PPT and Excel sheet of installed vehicles is shared with the client.
