• Payment Terms:

  • For split orders: 70% Advance + 30% PDC Cheque (mandatory)

  • 100% payment must be cleared before material dispatch

  • Material will not leave factory without full payment clearance

2️⃣ Creative Submission

• Customer must submit STEP Creative in CDR format.

• If the customer does not have a creative:

  • Our in-house graphic team will design the artwork

  • Creative will be shared in CDR / PDF format

3️⃣ Creative Approval

• Customer must thoroughly review and approve the final creative.

• Printing starts only after written final approval.

• No changes are allowed after printing.

• Any change post-printing will be chargeable, as printed material cannot be reused.

4️⃣ Printing & Cutting

• High-quality printing using approved materials.

• Accurate cutting as per stepney cover dimensions.

• Printing & mounting timeline: Minimum 4 working days

5️⃣ Material Ready & Dispatch

• Customer is informed once material is ready.

• Any pending balance must be cleared.

• After 100% payment clearance, material is dispatched to Dehradun.
