• Printing starts only after final written approval

Once printing starts, no changes are allowed. Any reprint due to creative changes will be charged extra.

Campaign Execution Process (Step-by-Step)

1. Advance Payment to initiate the campaign

2. Creative shared by customer or designed by our graphic team

3. Final creative approval taken from customer

4. Printing starts (minimum 4 working days)

5. Cutting & finishing of material

6. Customer informed once material is ready

7. Pending payment (if any) must be cleared

8. Material dispatched from factory

9. Installation done at Ayodhya location

10. Post-installation PPT & Excel report shared with vehicle details

Campaign Duration

• Standard campaign duration: 30 Days

• Applicable for Auto, E-Rickshaw, Cab, Taxi, Bus, Metro, Train & Digital Screen campaigns

Payment Terms

• 100% Advance Payment mandatory

• Split Orders:

  • 70% Advance

  • 30% PDC Cheque (Mandatory)

• Material will NOT be dispatched until full payment is cleared

• Campaign starts only after advance payment
