5. Cutting and finishing of material

6. Customer informed once material is ready

7. Any pending payment must be cleared

8. Material dispatched from factory after full payment clearance

6. Important Creative & Printing Policy

• No creative changes are allowed after printing starts

• Any reprint due to creative change will be chargeable

• Customer must thoroughly check creative before approval

8. Payment Terms 

• 100% Advance Payment mandatory

• Split Orders:

  • 70% Advance

  • 30% PDC Cheque (Mandatory)

• Full payment must be cleared before material dispatch

• No material will leave the factory without payment clearance
