5. Printing starts only after approval. No changes are allowed after printing. Any changes will require extra payment as printed material cannot be reused.

6. Post-printing, materials undergo cutting, stitching, and finishing.

7. Materials are then prepared for mounting and installation.

8. Client is informed when the material is ready.

9. Any pending payment must be cleared before dispatch.

10. After full payment clearance, materials are shipped to the campaign location.
