1. Client releases advance payment to initiate the campaign.

2. Client submits artwork in CDR or PDF format.

3. If artwork is not available, our in-house graphic team designs the creative.

4. Client reviews the creative and provides final written approval.

5. Printing starts only after final approval.

6. No changes are allowed after printing is started. Any modifications will be treated as a new paid job.

7. After printing, material goes through cutting, stitching and finishing.

8. Mounting and quality checks are performed.

9. Client is informed when the material is ready.

10. Any pending payment must be cleared before dispatch.

11. After full payment clearance, material is shipped to the campaign location.

12. Our trained fitter visits the site and performs professional installation.

13. A PPT and Excel report of installed autos is shared with the client.

  • 70% advance payment

  • 30% PDC cheque (mandatory)

No material will be dispatched from the factory until 100% payment is fully cleared.

Campaign work will begin only after advance payment is received.
